MEET KERRY

I Believe Healing Begins When You Feel Seen, Heard & Understood.

I’m Kerry Martin, RN, and I help women living with chronic pelvic pain and persistent symptoms better understand their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and find a more compassionate path toward healing.

My approach brings together years of nursing experience with nervous system education, somatic practices, and whole-person coaching, because I believe science and compassion belong together.

MY STORY

My Path to This Work Wasn’t Something I Planned. It Was Something I Lived.

As a Registered Nurse, I’ve spent decades caring for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Again and again, I saw women living with chronic pain, stress, exhaustion, and symptoms that were often treated individually rather than understood as part of a bigger picture.

But my understanding of healing didn’t come from my professional experience alone.

I also know what it feels like to navigate chronic pain, recurring UTIs, stress, uncertainty, intimacy issues, and the frustration of searching for answers while your body continues telling you that something isn’t right.

Those experiences changed the way I understood health, and ultimately, the direction of my life and work.

The shift

I Started Looking Beyond the Symptoms.

My own journey led me to explore health and behavior change, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and the powerful connection between our experiences and our physical health.

I began to understand that healing isn’t always about finding one more thing to fix. Sometimes it begins with learning how to listen.

  • How to recognize the patterns your body has developed.
  • How to create greater safety within your nervous system.
  • And how to work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it.

That realization became the foundation of the work I do today.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Your Body Is Not Broken.

I believe your body has been adapting, protecting, and communicating in the best way it knows how. That’s why my approach looks beyond symptoms alone.

Together, we explore the bigger picture including your nervous system, stress, emotions, environment, relationships, lifestyle, and physical health, so you can begin understanding your own unique patterns.

There are no one-size-fits-all answers. There are no quick fixes.

But there is hope. And you don’t have to walk this journey alone.

WHO I HELP

For the Woman Who Is Ready
for a Different Kind of Support.

I work with women navigating:

  • Chronic or recurring pelvic pain
  • Bladder discomfort, urgency or recurring UTIs
  • Pain or discomfort with intimacy
  • Pelvic pressure, digestive symptoms, IBS
  • Symptoms that come and go without clear answers
  • A body that feels constantly on alert
  • Fear or anxiety around recurring symptoms
  • Feeling disconnected from or unsure how to trust their body again

Many of the women who find me have already tried multiple treatments and are tired of feeling dismissed, discouraged, or confused. They aren’t looking for another temporary solution.

They want to understand why they feel the way they do, and finally feel at home in their bodies again.

Why Pelvic Peace

Because Your Life Is Bigger Than Your Symptoms.

My goal isn’t simply to help you think differently about pain. It’s to help you reconnect with the woman underneath it.

  • The woman who wants to travel without worrying about a flare-up.
  • Be present with the people she loves.
  • Feel confident in her body.
  • Experience intimacy without fear.
  • Trust herself again.
  • And spend more time living her life instead of managing her symptoms.

That is what Pelvic Peace means to me.

YOUR NEXT STEP

You Deserve to Feel at Home in Your Body Again.

You don’t need another person telling you that what you’re experiencing isn’t real.

You deserve compassion, curiosity, evidence-informed guidance, and a space where your experience is respected.

Your body has been speaking all along. Together, we can learn how to listen.
